Program: see the Katimavik web site at: http://www.katimavik.org/IANYS/index.asp?num=636 Besides presentations on research on national youth service, there will also be presentations on national youth policy world-wide, and a one-day workshop on strategic planning and visioning for IANYS members. The program will cover four full days and will include some cultural events. Host: Katimavik, Canada’s leading national youth volunteer-service program. Katimavik means 'meeting place' in the language of the Inuit people. Katimavik offers young Canadians an exciting experience that incorporates learning and volunteer involvement. |
